By accessing and using ShipDog IO's API and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. API Usage

You agree to use the ShipDog IO API only for lawful purposes. You may not use the API to scrape data in a manner that violates the target site's terms of service beyond what is authorized by our infrastructure.

3. Rate Limits

Usage is subject to the rate limits defined in your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage exceeds these limits or threatens the stability of our infrastructure.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for real-time accuracy, ShipDog IO aggregates data from third-party sources. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of inventory or pricing data at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShipDog IO be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ShipDog IO's website.
